Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Field Tactix™ mobile application or website. By downloading, installing, or using Field Tactix™, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Field Tactix™, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Use, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using Field Tactix™ on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Field Tactix™ is a field documentation application developed and owned by Real True Blue Solutions LLC. The app allows users to create jobs, capture photos, and generate GPS-stamped photo overlays for professional field service documentation across a variety of trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, telecom, and appliance repair.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Field Tactix™ for lawful business and professional purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app to create fraudulent, falsified, or misleading documentation
• Tamper with or manipulate GPS data, timestamps, or photo metadata
• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the app or its source code
• Use the app to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through or in connection with the app
• Use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with any other party's use of the app

4. Accuracy of Documentation

Field Tactix™ stamps photos with GPS coordinates, date, and time at the moment of capture using your device's built-in sensors. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device's location services, date, and time settings are accurate before capturing photos. Real True Blue Solutions LLC is not liable for inaccuracies in documentation resulting from incorrect device settings, GPS signal interference, or any other cause outside of our control.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, photos, job records, and documentation you create using Field Tactix™. Real True Blue Solutions LLC does not claim any rights, title, or interest in your content. We do not access, view, transmit, or store your content on our servers. All data remains on your device.

6. Data Loss and Backup

Field Tactix™ stores all data locally on your device. Real True Blue Solutions LLC is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from:

• Device failure, damage, loss, or theft
• App deletion or uninstallation
• Operating system updates or resets
• Any other cause outside of our control

We strongly recommend that you regularly save and back up your photos and documentation to external storage, cloud services, or your device camera roll.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Field Tactix™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Real True Blue Solutions LLC does not warrant that:

• The app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements
• Any errors or defects in the app will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Real True Blue Solutions LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Field Tactix™, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Costs of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

9. Intellectual Property

Field Tactix™ and the Field Tactix™ name, logo, app design, icons, graphics, trade dress, and all related intellectual property are owned by Real True Blue Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use the Field Tactix™ name, logo, or branding in any manner without the prior written permission of Real True Blue Solutions LLC.

10. Third-Party Services

Field Tactix™ may be distributed through third-party platforms including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Real True Blue Solutions LLC is not responsible for the policies or practices of any third-party platform or service.

11. Privacy

Your use of Field Tactix™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Our Privacy Policy is available at www.fieldtactix.io/privacy and within the app under Settings.

12. Modifications to the App

Real True Blue Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue Field Tactix™ or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.

13. Changes to These Terms

Real True Blue Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of Field Tactix™ after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

14. Termination

Real True Blue Solutions LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Field Tactix™ at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Real True Blue Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Real True Blue Solutions LLC regarding your use of Field Tactix™.
